One time 30% off for a new e-scooter of Ecooter.
If the e-scooter of Ecooter is stolen by others or lose by youself or other reasons cause the e-scooter to disappear, you tell the police and find our search team, and the e-scooter still disappear, you can pay for a new and same model of Ecooter with 30% off of published retail price within one time. The condition of that is you need to provide the report of police and our search team, Vehicle Registration Document and transfer document(TD 25) to us.

E-Care Coverage

During the Ecooter-care service period, your e-scooter of Ecooter is damaged or stolen or disappeared. Hong Kong Juhui Limited will take the responsibility according to the terms of service, as follows:

  • During the E-care service period, as long as the frame of the Ecooter is not damaged, and the Chassis No. can be identified. You can pay for any component of Ecooter with 50% off of published retail price within two times. Also, it will be dismantled and installed by our professional staff.
    • The labor costs for assembly and disassembly are not included.
    • The removed components belong to Juhui.
  • During the service period of E-care, the frame of e-scooter of Ecooter is damaged by any reasons or accident. If the Chassis No. is intact or can be identified, you can pay for a new and same model of Ecooter with 50% off of published retail price within one time. The condition of that is you need to return the damaged e-scooter, Vehicle Registration Document and transfer document(TD 25).
  • During the E-care service period, if you lose your e-scooter due to stolen, robbed, etc., and you have told the police to seek the lost e-scooter, and look for our search team to track down the lost e-scooter. When the missing e-scooter cannot be found by the above two methods, you can provide the police and the search team report, Vehicle Registration Document and transfer document(TD 25) to us. After verification by us, you can pay for a new and same model of Ecooter with 30% off of published retail price within one time.

Ecooter-care period

  • Ecooter-care is valid for 1 year, the start date is calculated from the delivering day
  • Purchasing the extend Ecooter-care period within the validity period.
  • The maximum period of Ecooter-care is 3 years.

First year 10% of e-scooter price

Second year 5% of e-scooter price

Second year    Third year $899

You don’t need to pay other additional costs within E-care except the fee of the E-care plan, the extended-year plan, the assembly and disassembly labor costs incurred by professional staff, and the cost of search team. Also, you don’t need to pay additional fees for terminating this agreement, unless you have accepted the company's services before terminating.

Extend Ecooter-care plan

After one time 50% off or 30% off purchasing a new e-scooter, you can repurchase Ecooter-care plan with 10% of e-scooter price.

The new expiration date of repurchasing Ecooter-care is on the original expiration date of Ecooter-care extra extension one other year.

* If it involves defrauding improper benefits through accidents by yourself (such as hiding e-scooter and its signals, then reporting the missing), Juhui reserves the right to pursue you

Purchasing way of Ecooter-care

  • You can purchase extend warranty within purchasing a new e-scooter,
  • Or purchasing E-care within 7days of purchasing a new e-scooter,
  • You can purchase the extend E-care within the E-care period.

Repair process

When your e-scooter of cannot operate normally and are caused by natural reason, You can call

for consultation, under the guidance of customer service, you need to take back your e-scooter to the maintenance place for repairing.

Termination of service

The valid period of E-care has been reached and no purchasing extra extension period.

* If it involves defrauding improper benefits through accidents by yourself (such as hiding e-scooter and its signals, then reporting the missing), Juhui reserves the right to pursue you

Return and Transfer

  • The Ecooter-care plan you purchased has a cooling-off period of 7 days, You can withdraw from the E-care plan within 7 days, We will refund all the charges of the plan. You cannot return after 7 days.
  • This Ecooter-care plan can be transferred to others, After the owner of the vehicle registration document of e-scooter has changed, the new owner of e-scooter will automatically enjoy the remaining time of Ecooter-care plan.
  • After transferring the Ecooter-care plan, You and the new owner are responsible for providing the latest information to us. We will not be responsible for any money loss during the process.

    Before you apply for Ecooter-care, please read the Juhui Privacy Policy carefully.
    Once you apply for Ecooter-care, it means that you have read, agreed and abide by the privacy policy.
    You agree to provide your name, email, location, phone number, fax number, and ID number to us, so that we can contact you and confirm your identity.
